Rare Heyn carousel horse

Carousel Horse made by the German Firm Heyn.
Rare model made for a swift carousel,
It is made in Germany by Frederik Heyn, dated approx.1920. Originally in a "hanging karussell",
the horses then hung on chains and swung around.
This horse has a special feature: it has manes on 2 sides, which means that it could be used for
German carousels, but also for English carousels.
We haven't seen a second one...it is very rare!.
Dated: early 20th Century

Dimensions ( with standard): length 1.10m, Height 1,11 m.

There are 2 types of restorations:
1. completely change and make as new... and
2. restore the horse with all its imperfections with the correct old colors and oil paint.
We always go for the latest (2nd) version.
